HCCB Genesis Land

 GENESIS LAND LEISURE PARK AND RESIDENCES INC. is a duly recognized corporation of the Republic of the Philippines with SEC Registration Number 2022110076161-02 with principal office at the Founders Castle, 1st Street, Guingona Subdivision, Butuan City. 

The purpose of the corporation is to engage, operate, hold or manage real estate business: to acquire by purchase, lease, donation or otherwise, use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, mortgage, exchange, lease, develop and hold for investment, or otherwise, real estate of all kinds, houses, apartments, townhouses, condominiums, and other structures of whatever kind together with the appurtenances or improvements found thereon. 

With the corporation's birth on November 18, 2022, it had launched several initial projects such as, 

1. Genesis Land, Dumalagan, Butuan City (Phase 1=4.5 hectares; Phase 2 = 21 hectares) 

2. Genesis Land, Babag, Butuan City (3.5 hectares) 

3. Genesis Land, Tiniwisan, Butuan City (4.2 hectares)

4. Genesis Land, Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (3.5 hectares) 

5. Genesis Land, Baganga, Davao Oriental (16 hectares) 

6. Genesis Land, Moalboal, Cebu (6 hectares) 

7. Genesis Land, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur (5 hectares)
