Dr. Rodulfo P. Esteves, the visionary founder, an alumnus of the University of the Philippines (Diliman, Quezon City) and University of Santo Tomas holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education. Dr. Felomino A. Gargar is an alumnus of St. Francis Xavier College Seminary, the Regional Major Seminary of Mindanao and the University of Southern Philippines. He is an eloquent speaker and prolific writer who became the Outstanding Alumnus Awardee of the lone State University in Region XI, the USEP.
